As the Asbestos Surveyor you will be:- Conducting UKAS‑accredited Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys
- Delivering asbestos services across commercial and residential properties
- Ensuring compliance with UKAS standards, asbestos legislation and health & safety requirements
- Maintaining accurate survey reports and technical documentation
- Working flexibly across client sites while meeting productivity and quality targets
- Taking part in ongoing training and development to maintain technical expertise
- BOHS P402 qualification (essential)
- Experience carrying out UKAS‑accredited asbestos surveys
- Social housing experience
- £32,000 - £38,000 salary
- Company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet and all equipment provided
- Optional overtime with the opportunity to earn over £6,000 extra per year
