Site Manager – Windows & Doors Refurbishment Project

We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a long-term refurbishment project in Stevenage. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team on a major programme of works involving the installation of new windows and doors across occupied properties.

The project is expected to run for approximately two years, offering consistent, long-term work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day management of site operations.

* Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

* Liaise with clients, residents and the project team.

* Monitor progress, quality and programme delivery.

* Complete site paperwork and reports as required.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or planned maintenance projects.

* Experience managing window and door installation programmes is desirable.

* Valid SMSTS certificate.

* Valid CSCS card.

* Current First Aid at Work certificate.

* Enhanced or Standard DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

* Full UK driving licence and own transport.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.
