Project Manager - Commercial fitout
- Location: Hybrid (Hertfordshire-based office with site travel)

Reed Agency is currently recruiting for a Project Manager position on behalf of our client. This role is perfect for a professional with extensive experience in managing multiple projects, including fit-outs and refurbishments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Day-to-day of the role:- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Manage various projects including fit-outs, refurbishments, and installations.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, manage costs, and ensure quality and programme delivery.
- Handle project variations and change management processes, prepare snagging lists, and oversee project close-out activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A good understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and quotations.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
