Hertfordshire An opportunity has arisen in Hertfordshire for an experienced Highways Contracts Manager to work on a long-term contract basis within Hertfordshire region.
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate extensive highways term maintenance contract experience.
Key responsibilities:
Ensuring estimates are produced in line with the contract and all works are final accounted accurately, efficiently and in line with the Schedule of Rates.
Assessing and responding to compensation event notices under NEC3 contract
Management and procurement of contracts
Management and programming of highways inspections and reactive works, including individuals undertaking the work Agreeing final accounts for works including schemes and reactive highways works
Budget management and monitoring
Monitoring of contractor performance against agreed KPI’sResponding to all contract communication in a timely manner
