Rob Phone: I have a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor, based from their offices near Stevenage in Hertfordshire.

The company have been around for over 30 years covering a range of projects across multiple sectors. They deliver new build and refurbishment projects across the Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Residential and Sports and Leisure sectors, and also carry out mixed use schemes.

The company work across London and the South East, generally on pretty large projects over 10m in value. Due to an increased workload, they are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor that has worked on a range of new build and refurbishment projects covering multiple sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Sports and Leisure and Residential.

Experience:

Solid permanent employment background working for a reputable main contractor

Experience covering new build and refurbishment projects

Ideally have experience working on a mixed bag of projects

Excellent all round commercial skills

Able to commute to Hertfordshire (near Stevenage) on a daily basis
