Typical On-Target-Earnings (OTE): £24,500 per annum (includes sector pay & flight commission based on average flying hours).

Base Salary: £18,000 per annum.

No previous aviation or cabin crew experience is required, as full training is provided.

Career progression & earning potential

Based on average 22 flights per month:

  • Junior Cabin Attendant – £24,500
  • Cabin Attendant – £28,500
  • Senior Cabin Attendant – £35,000
Your Role in the Sky

This is a high‑responsibility, customer‑facing role where your interpersonal skills truly shine. You will:

  • Keep passengers safe, calm and comfortable at all times.
  • Deliver a service experience you can be proud of.
  • Use confidence and empathy to support a wide range of passengers.
  • Support in‑flight sales and promote onboard products.
  • Represent Wizz Air’s values of positivity, inclusivity, integrity and dedication.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Arm reach of 210 cm (on tiptoes).
  • Fluent English (spoken & written).
  • Educated to GCSE/A Level or equivalent.
  • Valid passport (min. 6 months validity).
  • Able to swim and meet medical standards.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Within 90 minutes of Gatwick or Luton Airport.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
  • You’ll need to be ready to commit to an 18‑month contract.
