Gilmartins in Hertford is seeking an experienced inbound Call Handler to join our Repairs Advisors team. You will handle tenant and client calls, log repair faults on our housing management system, and arrange appointments in a fast-paced social housing environment.
This full-time office-based role offers weekday hours from 8am to 5pm, with occasional later finish and one Saturday or Sunday per month, and extra hours paid at standard rate. Previous contact centre experience preferred.
