Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher with experience in KS2 to join a primary school in Stevenage. The position is available to start ASAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in KS2. This role involves engaging with young learners, implementing curriculum, and promoting the social, emotional, and academic development of students.

Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.

* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment.

* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.

* Foster strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues to build a supportive educational community.

* Collaborate with other educators to create an inclusive curriculum that promotes creativity and critical thinking.

* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Qualifications

* QTS

* Proven experience in teaching in KS2

* Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to create a nurturing classroom atmosphere.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents.
