Key Responsibilities You will work closely with the Director of Curriculum to Manage a caseload of learners across Maths and English courses. Act as the first point of contact for learner engagement and pastoral support. Monitor attendance, liaise with parents, and represent learners vide pastoral and emotional support, including safeguarding referrals where necessary. Collaborate with internal teams and external organisations to secure appropriate support for learners.

Experience working with young people in a supportive capacity. Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
