GCSE & A Level Chemistry Tutor

Currently, we are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Chemistry Tutor specialising in GCSE and A Level courses. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to making a significant impact on the academic journey of our learners, employing both traditional and creative methodologies to enhance their understanding and love for chemistry.

Working hours are flexible and could be daytime Monday to Friday, after school or on Saturdays to deliver tuition to private clients at our Stevenage Tuition Centre. Lessons would be a combination of one-to-one and small group sessions. There is no need to commit to multiple days, we are keen to hear from applicants with a range of availabilities.
Chemistry Tutor Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging and effective chemistry lessons to GCSE and A Level students

* Create lesson plans and materials tailored to the specific needs and abilities of each student

* Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their understanding and grades

* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure academic success

* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment
Chemistry Tutor Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field

* Experience teaching Chemistry at GCSE and A Level

* Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum for Chemistry

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Passion for educating and mentoring students
