Are you looking for a new School Administration Assistant position in Stevenage, Hertfordshire?

We are seeking for a friendly and efficient Administration Assistant to join a supportive primary school team.

The Role
School Administration Assistant

Hours:

8:30 – 15:30 (term-time)
Provide efficient office support covering phones, emails, parental enquiries, and school systems
Experience using school management systems desirable
No Arbor experience necessary
Fixed-term: ASAP until Easter

Foundation school with Nursery provision
Good transport links via local bus routes and close to town centre locations (easy commute from surrounding areas)

Ofsted:

Requires Improvement in quality of education and leadership/management with Good early years provision Can you offer?
Previous experience in school or busy office administration
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfort with Microsoft Office, email and telephone systems We can offer you
