Are you looking for a new School Administration Assistant position in Stevenage, Hertfordshire? We are seeking for a friendly and efficient Administration Assistant to join a supportive primary school team.

  8 30 (term-time)
• Provide efficient office support covering phones, emails, parental enquiries, and school systems
• Experience using school management systems
• Only candidates with school-based experience should apply
• No Arbor experience necessary
• Fixed-term: ASAP until Easter

• Two-form entry primary school based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire
• Foundation school with Nursery provision
• Good transport links via local bus routes and close to town centre locations (easy commute from surrounding areas)
• On-site breakfast/after school club
• Ofsted:
  Good in behaviours & personal development;
  Requires Improvement in quality of education and leadership/management with Good early years provision

• Previous experience in school or busy office administration
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, email and telephone systems

• Our support and experience as the primary specialist working in partnership with Herts Education
