Are you a Gas Engineer looking to transition from the tools into a structured, rewarding environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established training provider that delivers high‑quality apprenticeships and professional training across the UK. You will help develop the next generation of Gas and Plumbing & Heating Engineers while working with a range of employers, from national organisations to local specialists.

• Deliver and support Gas Engineering Apprenticeship training
• Assist competence‑based learners with portfolio completion
• Collaborate with employers and apprentices to support learner progress
• Conduct learner reviews, assessments and coaching sessions
• Support the future delivery of Plumbing & Heating apprenticeship programmes
• Use One File and digital learning systems to track learner development
• Receive full teacher training and assessor qualifications (staff training provided)
• Work Monday to Friday with excellent benefits and pension package

• Background in Gas Engineering, Plumbing & Heating, or a similar mechanical field
• Relevant industry qualifications (level
  3) or strong occupational experience
• Desire to move into a training, tutoring or assessor role
• Passion for developing apprentices and sharing industry knowledge
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Based within commutable distance of Stevenage
