* Duties & Responsibilities:

** Get your engineering career off to a flying start with us and gain valuable real-world experience with advanced Avionics and Radio Test systems used by customers throughout Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Work while you study! With a fully funded university placement and on-the-job training, you will be working within manufacturing, rotating through departments gaining invaluable experience and insight into what we do.
** What you'll be doing:
** Based in our Stevenage office, you’ll join a supportive team of experienced Production Engineers who will mentor you as you develop your technical and problem-solving skills in the Aerospace, Defense, Government, and Civil Aviation sectors – all while pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering. This position is ideal for school leavers who are curious, motivated, and eager to specialise in cutting-edge RF communications, avionics systems, and test/measure technology.

** Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:*
* · Predicted 3 A(s) or 125 UCAS points in Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry
· Interest in radio communications, RF systems, avionics, or test & measurement
· Logical, methodical approach to problem-solving
· Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment
· Confident communicator with the motivation to work as part of a team.
