Senior Town Planner – Stevenage – Planning & Design Consultancy

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000pa, dependant on experience + excellent benefits

Our client has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality planning and development advice. With a growing but well-established town planning team, the practice works on a wide range of projects across the UK, including Office, Education, Blue Light, Residential, Industrial, and Conservation schemes.

About

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Town Planner with significant experience and full RTPI membership to join the Stevenage office. This is a hands-on, senior-level position with opportunities to:

* Project manage planning applications of varying scales and complexity

* Lead Local Plan representations and site appraisals

* Handle appeal work

* Mentor junior staff

* Contribute to business development and future management of the practice

About You

You are likely to have:

* Degree in Planning or related discipline

* Significant planning experience in the private or public sector

* Full RTPI membership (MRTPI)

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Driving licence
