RF Design Engineer

12 month contract
• Based in Stevenage
• Offering £75ph Inside IR35

Are you an experienced RF Design Engineer? Do you want to work with an industry‑leading Defence and Aerospace company? If your answers to these are yes, then this could be the role for you!

As the RF Design Engineer you will work alongside a market‑leading company that constantly grows and develops. They bring on new talent to further develop your skills and enable you to grow within the company and industry. Due to the nature of the work, active UK SC Clearance is required.

• Technical, hands‑on testing and proving.
• Collaborate with other functions including Software & Firmware Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production and Future Systems.

• Proven relevant RF electronics design experience, preferably for harsh environments (EMC, vibration, thermal).
• Guided design implementation of RF electronics receiver / transmitter amplifier chains, filters and frequency synthesizers over the 30 MHz to 30 GHz range.
• Knowledge and proven best‑practice design of power supplies and digital interfaces for use in an RF product.
• Proven ability to manage the development and delivery of RF electronic equipment, including associated technologies through all stages of the development process.
