Ready to lead integration on a complex, high-profile defence programme?

We’re looking for a hands‑on Functional Integration Lead to drive system integration and verification activities through a critical phase of delivery. Reporting to the Chief Systems Proving Engineer, you’ll own the planning and execution of integration campaigns, lead proving activities, and play a key role in preparing systems for ground and flight trials.

You’ll translate requirements into robust integration strategies, oversee software and compatibility activities, manage governance for trials readiness, and shape future integration approaches — including the introduction of advanced test environments. Alongside technical leadership, you’ll plan resources, develop team capability, and engage confidently with suppliers, stakeholders and customers.

This role suits a decisive, adaptable engineer who thrives in fast‑paced environments, can balance technical depth with programme strategy, and is comfortable making informed decisions under pressure.

• Strong experience in integration and test activities
• Solid understanding of hardware/software integration
• Knowledge of PX4 architecture
• Experience with lab test equipment and data analysis tools
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
