Positiv Cohort is seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong Test RMO focus and an Electrical Engineering background to support complex defence equipment delivery. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for equipment work packages, requiring skills in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and test planning. You will manage the equipment hardware lifecycle and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Strong experience in a safety-critical environment is essential, along with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
