The Role As an Associate Town Planner, you will play a key role in managing planning projects from inception through to determination, while supporting the continued growth of the business. You will work closely with clients, local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders, providing strategic planning advice and leading on a varied project portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a diverse caseload of planning applications and appeals Providing strategic planning advice to clients Preparing planning appraisals, statements, and supporting documents Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development Attending client meetings, committee meetings, and stakeholder consultations Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to company growth About You The successful candidate is likely to have: MRTPI chartered status
