- Monitor energy consumption across operational buildings and deliver monthly/annual M&V reports
- Identify and develop cost-effective energy conservation measures (ECMs) with business cases
- Lead energy performance contract delivery, ensuring savings meet contractual commitments
- Present energy performance and savings projects at monthly client contract meetings
- Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors, and internal operational teams
- Experience in identifying ECMs through analysing energy data and surveying sites
- A qualified degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or a similar field
- Strong understanding of energy systems (HVAC, CHP, BMS, controls) and energy management principles
- Experience with measurement & verification and energy efficiency project delivery
- Proficient in data analysis using MS/Google spreadsheets with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to pass DBS check
