MBDA is seeking an Equipment Requirement Authority to lead the development of RF/EW equipment requirements within the EW Group. You will own the requirements, ensure flow-down into the supply chain, and gather evidence through testing and analysis to meet time, cost, and quality constraints.
The role requires broad understanding of engineering design processes and strong ability to specify clear requirements for internal and external design teams. Previous EW/RF experience is preferred.
