Job Title: Senior Analogue and Digital Electronic Design Engineer
Salary: Circa £53,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage (relocation package may be offered)

- Collaborate with renowned experts in the field and participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to production.
- Undertake board level design around FPGA and SoC associated power and control circuitry.
- Connect with advanced RF systems and broader missile sub‑systems.
- Develop electronic technical solutions in collaboration with other skill domains.
- Ensure robust electronics design using common development techniques.
- Conduct proving activities to ensure compliance against requirements.
- Cover the product life cycle from concept through to transfer to production, including support to industrial validation and ensuring quality, rate and cost targets are met.
- Technical Leadership – Lead the resources deployed to a project within a single skill domain.
- Team Leadership – Delegate activities from the Group Lead for the team.
- Telemetry Specialist – Provide mentorship and leadership within a recognised area of technical knowledge.
- Significant experience in electronic design, development and delivery.
- Experience in leading significant electronic design work packages.
- Ability to work within a multi‑disciplinary team and understand associated challenges.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and knowledge of electronic technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability to effectively communicate with individuals from various departments within the organisation.
