Principal RF Engineer

Overview

Position: HWIL RF Engineer (Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop RF Engineer)

Work arrangement: hybrid – 4 days per week on site due to workload classification.

• Design, develop, and maintain new and existing RF equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate RF, electronics, and software for HWIL simulations.
• Perform interface debugging and system integration.
• Support real‑time application system designs and performance analysis.
• Integrate microcontrollers into RF hardware (e.g., Raspberry Pi) as required.

• Broad engineering experience, with deep knowledge in one or more of the following:
  Radio Frequency design and testing, system performance analysis, interface debugging and system integration, hardware/software design requirements, and system design for real‑time applications.
• Familiarity with the Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of computer science, in particular C++ (advantage).

British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship required. All successful candidates will undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

• Salary:
  Up to £55,000 depending on experience.
• Company bonus up to £2,500 based on performance.
