* Position Summary:
** The Master Scheduler, Engineering will be responsible for the strategic planning, scheduling, and coordination of engineering projects within Autolus. This role will ensure the efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines, contributing to the successful delivery of engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning within the biopharmaceutical or related industry, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Strategically develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, overseeing resource allocation, establishing critical timelines, and defining key milestones to ensure seamless project execution.
* Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality, ensuring cohesive coordination and alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
* Proactively monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing innovative mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
* Lead and facilitate regular project status meetings, delivering insightful updates and ensuring transparent, effective communication with all stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability.
* Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to continuously assess project performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive improvements in resource utilization and efficiency.
* Prepare and deliver high-level project reports to senior management, presenting key achievements, challenges, and actionable next steps, while providing strategic insights for informed decision-making.
* Ensure unwavering compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and quality throughout the entire project lifecycle.
