MBDA in Stevenage or Bolton is seeking a Team Lead for the PCB Layout team to deliver high-reliability layouts across programs. You will mentor engineers, coordinate with program managers, manufacturing engineering and procurement, and ensure electrical, mechanical, thermal and environmental requirements are met while delivering on time and cost targets.
This role requires extensive PCB design experience in RF/high-speed/analogue/power/SI or EMC, strong communication, and ability to lead design
