Where will you be working?
At M Group Energy, were enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
This is an hybrid role with travel to sites, giving you great exposure across our operations and projects.
What will you be doing?
Youll play a key role in making sure we have theright people, in the right place, at the right time.
Workforce & Resource Planning

• Lead resource planning across Distribution & EV, aligning people with priorities
• Build and maintain a rolling5-year resourcing plan
• Forecast demand, identify risks and plan solutions

Resource Allocation & Coordination

• Match skills to projects and manage resource deployment
• Resolve clashes, balance workloads and keep delivery on track
• Stay close to project timelines and business priorities
