Position: Windows Engineer (DV Security Clearance)
World Class Defence Organisation is currently looking to recruit 2x Windows Engineer subcontractors on an initial 12 month contract.

Rate:£74.32 per hour
Location: Stevenage
Contract:37 Hours per week
Overtime: Hours worked over 37 hours per week will be calculated at time and a quarter
Duration: 12 Months (initially and then ongoing and long-term thereafter)
IR35 status: Inside IR35 (Umbrella)

Job Description:

Digital Excellence function providing IT Services to the business.

Responsibilities:

Provide operational BAU support, administration & configuration management across Infrastructure and Workplace Windows Environments in restricted secret & above networks.

Responsible for maintaining a good working knowledge of the business IT environment.

Planning & coordinating maintenance and patching across the Windows Environments in restricted secret & above networks.

Access & implement changes to the restricted Windows Environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Creation, maintenance & audit of inventory information and asset registers as required.

Creation, maintenance & review of comprehensive, high-quality documentation as required.
