Key responsibilities
- Lead on engagement with the UK Government and key stakeholders on aerosol-specific and associated regulations
- Represent BAMA on UK and international panels, including those focussed on GHS, transport, and environmental issues
- Drive BAMA’s input into work on EU and UN regulations, ensuring our members’ interests
- Monitor global regulatory developments and develop guides to support member companies’ growth in export markets.
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs
- A background in, or knowledge of the aerosol industry
- Knowledge of how Government operates and lobbying
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate regulations into actionable guidance
- Experience in training delivery and technical support.
- Hybrid working with weekly visits to the BAMA offices in Stevenage essential. Travel to London and occasional international travel
- Salary £40 - £60K per annum, dependent on experience
