Responsibilities- Providing day-to-day care and emotional support

- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Working as part of a supportive, professional care team

- Experience in a residential or care setting
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts (days, nights, weekends)
