As the Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, managing a team of pharmacy staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. You will have the opportunity to lead and inspire your team while contributing to the development and growth of the pharmacy.

Key Duties

Lead, manage, and support a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.

Ensure efficient and accurate dispensing of medications.

Provide expert advice on medication management, patient care, and health services.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and pharmacy standards.

Foster a positive and supportive working environment.

Drive business development initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Promote professional development and mentorship for junior team members.
Package and Benefits

Monday to Friday 45 hours per week
55,000 plus bonus
