Full Time We are recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to manage one of our new homes. Essential skills:
Experience managing a care home with approxomately 60 rooms. Passionate about Dementia care. Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CQC requirements Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team

Experience of managing and working towards budgets Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home Excellent communication skills-confident working with local authorities and building new contacts Benefits:
