Hertfordshire County Council is seeking an Interim Countywide Sensory Specialism Lead for 0–25s with Deaf, Vision, and Multi‑Sensory impairment needs. You will drive high‑quality, equitable services across the county, partnering with schools, health and social care to promote early intervention and inclusive practice.
You will lead a team of specialists, oversee performance and budgets, and contribute to SEND Reform and local government changes while maintaining a small advisory caseload.
