Patient Transfer Liason Assistant

We are recruiting for a Patient Transfer Liason Assistant who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

We are a here to support the patient flow .

The post holder will support the nursing staff with the transfer of patients to and from Discharge lounge as instructed by the nurse in charge.

Duties will involve the transfer of patients, records, equipment, specimens and supplies

We function 7 days a week with not open at night.

The post holder will effectively convey patients by wheelchair, beds, trolleys etc., as requested.

Provide portering assistance as requested by medical and nursing staff.

To carry out ad-hoc request work as instructed by the Team Leader.

To collect ttos, notes and belongings of patients from the department also the duty of the porter.

To make sure stock room is well organized and fully stocked.

• English and math’s to GCSE level
