Clinical Support Worker

As a Clinical Support Worker, you will work closely under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, playing a vital role in maintaining high standards of patient care across our hospital wards and departments.

• Communicating effectively with patients
• Supporting Registered Nurses and Midwives in patient care
• Assisting with washing and dressing patients
• Taking physiological observations
• Making beds and maintaining clean patient areas
• Serving meals and helping patients with feeding
• Providing emotional support by listening and talking to patients

Working Hours:

This role involves working across days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays 24/7 mix of shifts, 365 days a year. It is important to know we can't offer solely nights or weekends only.
