HR Advisor

What's in it for you Salary of £40,000 - £42,000 per year Hybrid working with typically two days per week on site Excellent pension scheme Bupa healthcare 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays Enhanced family-friendly benefits and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful People projects Your responsibilities as HR Advisor Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, flexible working and workplace conflict Support organisational change, restructures and consultation processes Advise on employment legislation, policies and HR best practice to ensure compliant and consistent decision-making Work closely with colleagues across the People function to deliver initiatives covering performance, learning and development, engagement and wellbeing Produce HR data and insights to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement Assist with developing People policies, processes and projects that enhance the employee experience What we're looking for in a HR Advisor Previous generalist HR experience within an in-house environment Confident managing a complex employee relations caseload, with proven experience coaching and supporting managers through a wide range of ER matters.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations processes Experience supporting managers through a broad range of people matters Ability to interpret Human Resources data and contribute to process improvements CIPD qualified, part-qualified or currently working towards qualification is desirable

Working hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday with hybrid working (typically two days per week on site).
