We have been nominated by APSCo Germany as one of the staffing companies of the year in 2023 & 2024 (start-up & growth) and expanding due to successful year-on-year growth and are seeking dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultants to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and manage contract / freelance technology professionals within Germany & Europe Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Understanding and consulting on clients' requirements Negotiate, organize, and finalize assignments and offers between candidates and clients Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from lead generation to placement Your

Qualifications:

Recruitment experience ideally in technology or contract markets (2 yrs min)

Experience with in European Contract recruitment (Preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Happy working in a predominantly phone-based working environment German speaking, or other European languages, are a bonus but not required What Virto Tech can offer you:
