Why consider this?

Real influence at Group level, partnering across the UK and Europe

A base salary up to £75,000 + bonus (up to 21%), pension (up to 14%) and excellent facilities

Hybrid working, typically 2–3 days on site

The freedom to shape category strategy and how the business buys

A collaborative, international environment that develops its people

You’ll be joining a team recognised for its capability, openness and commitment to developing talent, somewhere you’ll continue to grow, whether you’re already a specialist in digital procurement or looking to broaden your category exposure.

Where you’ll make an impact

You’ll lead strategies across one or more major technology categories, developing deep market understanding, shaping long‑term procurement roadmaps and building strong internal and supplier relationships.

That means:
  • Creating short, mid and long‑term category strategies
  • Building market and supplier insight to guide decisions
  • Identifying opportunities, risks and innovation
  • Mentoring and supporting Buyers on complex projects
  • Collaborating across borders, cultures and functions
  • Working with Information Management and wider digital stakeholders to define future needs

If you enjoy working globally, partnering with senior stakeholders and playing a critical role in tech‑led transformation, this is your kind of environment.

What you’ll bring

We’d love to speak with you if you are a

  • n experienced Category Manager in any of the following areas:

  • or a senior procurement practitioner with the motivation to specialise in these areas
  • MCIPS is ideal, though not essential; they’re happy to support those working toward it.

If you’re curious about where this role might take you, we’d be pleased to have an informal conversation. Sometimes the best career moves start with a chat.
