SAP S​/HANA Product Project Manager

An international defence and engineering organisation is seeking an experienced SAP Architect & Project Manager to support a major enterprise-wide SAP transformation programme. The role will focus on delivering new and existing SAP capabilities while ensuring the long-term stability, scalability, and sustainability of critical business systems.

This organisation is undertaking a large-scale migration from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4

HANA using a Greenfield approach across multiple business domains. The programme provides a significant opportunity to modernise and consolidate enterprise systems while implementing best-in‑class solutions for business users globally.

The position will primarily focus on:

• Local deployment of SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions
• Post-go-live operations and support
• Governance and release management
• Transition management from legacy ECC6 environments
• Collaboration across business and IT functions within a complex transformation landscape

• Strong experience designing and implementing SAP architecture solutions
• Deep understanding of SAP integration frameworks and enterprise system landscapes
• Experience supporting live production SAP environments during transformation programmes
• Knowledge of SAP release management and governance processes
• Proven ability to ensure scalability, security, compliance, and technical standards
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both business and technology teams
• Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners
