SAP Architect and Project Manager

A leading international engineering and technology organisation is seeking an experienced SAP Architect & Project Manager to support a major SAP transformation programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering both new and existing SAP capabilities while ensuring the long‑term stability, scalability, and sustainability of enterprise systems.

The organisation is currently delivering a major transformation initiative, migrating from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4

HANA using a Greenfield methodology across multiple business domains. This programme offers the opportunity to modernise existing systems, streamline processes, and implement best‑practice enterprise solutions across the wider business.

The role will focus on:

• Deployment of SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions
• Post‑go‑live support and operational stability
• Release and environment management
• Governance of SAP technical standards
• Supporting transition activities from legacy ECC6 systems
• Working closely with both business and IT stakeholders within a complex transformation environment

• Strong background in SAP architecture design and implementation
• Experience managing and supporting enterprise SAP production environments
• Deep understanding of SAP integration frameworks
• Knowledge of SAP release management and governance processes
• Proven ability to ensure scalability, compliance, and technical quality standards
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating external vendors and implementation partners
