Searchability is seeking an experienced Level 2 Onsite IT Lead Technician for a dedicated school site in Stevenage. This hands-on role covers 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support, mentoring junior technicians and maintaining the school’s IT infrastructure for staff and students.
You'll lead small IT projects, work with the Technical Account Manager, manage tickets and SLAs, and ensure high-quality service across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory and networking in an education setting.
