Location:
STE
10 Data Centre, Stevenage.
Shift pattern: 12‑hour, 24×7, rotational basis.
OverviewWe provide first‑line Data Centre support for a range of internal, private and public sector customers, ensuring services remain operational and incidents are managed within a defined process. You will work closely with other Data Centre teams and Fujitsu business units to maintain installation standards and configuration management toolsets.
Responsibilities- Provide first‑line support for the STE
10 Data Centre. - Ensure services remain operational and incidents are resolved promptly.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to safeguard customer services.
- Maintain Data Centre installation standards and configuration tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively through online toolsets.
- Knowledge of Data Centre infrastructure.
- Experience in a process‑driven environment.
- Proactive approach to work and eye for continuous improvement.
