What You’ll Do

As an Engineering Lead you will be working in a team of like‑minded and highly skilled Network Engineers. The primary focus for this role is delivery of reliable LAN, WLAN and WAN solutions using a wide range of products from data vendors, including Cisco and Vodafone for one of Vodafone’s largest Enterprise and Global customers.

  • Pre‑Sales:
    Support solution design, scoping, and pricing to deliver competitive customer proposals.
  • Solution Design:
    Develop, document, and gain approval for network solutions aligned to standards and security requirements.
  • Implementation:
    Deliver network installations to agreed engineering standards, ensuring successful change management, SLA achievement, and budget compliance.
  • Service Handover:
    Complete Acceptance into Live Service (AILS), provide support documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Maintain process documentation and embed best practices following the introduction of new technologies.
Who You Are
  • Proficient experience designing, configuring and implementing Cisco LAN, WLAN and WAN solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise across Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, UCS, F5 BIG‑IP and Cisco ISE technologies.
  • Solid understanding of routing protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Visio.
  • Self‑motivated team player with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
