Position: Resident/Technical Engineer (LOCATION Riyadh)

Emerdis is a UK-based warehouse automation specialist serving print & mail fulfilment centres, 3PLs, e-commerce fulfilment centres, and postal operators across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. The company designs end-to-end automation solutions tailored to each client’s throughput targets, error rates, and cost baselines, rather than relying on off-the-shelf systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system performance, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, logging and escalating incidents, and coordinating with engineering teams for complex troubleshooting. The role also involves supporting customer users on-site, guiding them through system operation, documenting solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of system reliability and uptime.

The resident engineer will collaborate closely with Emerdis project and support teams to ensure stable operations and high service levels at the customer facility.
