Retention Advisor

Are you great with customers and enjoy finding solutions? We're looking for a Retention Advisor to help keep our existing insurance customers by providing excellent service and support at renewal.

• Speak with customers about their insurance renewals
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Handle policy queries and changes
• Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service
• Work towards retention and renewal targets

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence in handling conversations and negotiations
• A positive and proactive approach
• Insurance experience is desirable but not essential
