Logistics & Materials Controller

Our client has an opportunity for a Logistics Operations and Stock Controller to join them on a 6 month contract with possible extension.

Role:
Logistics Operations and Stock Controller

Location:

Stevenage, fully onsite

Hourly Rate: £20.10 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35

Clearance: full SC required before starting

Hours:

37 hours per week between the hours of 8am-5pm

• The compilation and delivery of kits, consumables "as required" items and raw materials to production, assembly, integration and test areas.
• The visibility and control of kits for Storage & Distribution Pre & Post Project Delivery.
• The control of hazardous /high value/hyper sensitive goods.
• Perform weekly
  
  Cycle counts.
• Input to Daily kit status report.
• Perform weekly 5S audits.
• Monitoring & raising of interplant shipments.
• Capacity to manage dispatch (Dangerous Goods, Customs invoice, booking of transport on web portals...)

• Experience Working in Class 100 cleanroom
• SAP, Inventory/stock control
• IT Literate
• Team working
• Kit compilation
• Handling of flight/sensitive equipment's
• Stock control and inventory management experience
• Good level of detail and accuracy & numeracy.
• Relevant experience in an equivalent or comparable industry would be advantageous.
