In this role, you'll work closely with apprentices completing their motor vehicle apprenticeship. You'll support, guide, and mentor them on a one-to-one basis, helping them build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to become fully qualified technicians. This is not a classroom-heavy role - it's a coaching and mentoring position where you can genuinely make a difference.

You'll benefit from an excellent work-life balance, managing your own diary, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week, alongside site and learner visits. The ideal candidate will have a strong motor vehicle background and hold a Level 3 qualification (NVQ or IMI) in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

The person

* Must live within a commutable distance of Stevenage

* NVQ Level 3 or IMI Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
