We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who will provide mobile delivery of facilities support services across our client sites, covering the CB, SG and LU postcodes.

• Undertaking all building fabric activities, such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating
• Ensuring you are working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements
• Answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit
• Delivering high-quality maintenance services across multiple client sites in a mobile capacity
• Maintaining a professional approach while working independently and as part of a wider team

• Full, current driving licence
• Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, within a construction or similar environment
• Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 City & Guilds
