We are currently seeking a Specialist Service Technician to join our dedicated team at the Thetford branch, covering South East areas. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training. • Competitive Salary Package

  Start with a basic salary of £26,655 per annum, plus £2k London Weighting.
• Expected OTE
  : £30,000-£38,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

• Work-Life Balance

  Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40‑hour week), with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with an increased salary.

  Receive expert training to support our customers’ needs. Obtaining relevant industry qualifications can aid with grading and financial remuneration.

In this role, you will provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across various environments and premises, including biohazard cleaning, flood water damage clean‑up, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removal, trauma and crime scene cleaning, factory cleans, high‑level cleaning and silo cleaning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working reactively in a fast‑paced business where work can change from week to week.
• Working as part of an on‑call rota (typical twice a quarter).
• Offering valuable advice to customers when required.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• You must be self‑motivated, reliable and proactive.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Be capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
