About The Role
The days and hours:
Monday - Thursday 17:00 - 19:30 & Friday 16:15 - 18:45
Hourly Rate: £13.21
Location: Stevenage, SG1 3EE

- Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within the first week on the cleaning specification and equipment usage.
- Providing a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handling site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
- Replenishing consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Emptying litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times; fully prepared with a complete safety understanding.
- Working within a team that goes the extra mile to meet client needs.
- Excited about making a difference in the workplace.
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a dedication to pride in work and attention to detail.
- Local to the area (Stevenage).
- Cleaning experience preferred, but we can fully train from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach.
- Ability to perform the physical aspects of the role (lifting, moving, standing for extended periods).
- Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public and management team.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to interview).
