Job Summary

Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Maintenance Operative to join our clients team in Stevenage. In this role, youll be responsible for delivering a high standard of repairs, maintenance and planned and unplanned works across a residential property, ensuring the building, communal areas, grounds and equipment are maintained to a high standard.

Youll diagnose and resolve a variety of maintenance issues, including plumbing, carpentry, joinery, painting and decorating, lighting and general building repairs. Youll also support statutory compliance, health and safety requirements and the effective management of external contractors.
